Teresa A. Cobb
National Trainer - Educator
Teresa believes that teaching is not a chosen career, but rather a high calling that requires one to be able to connect emotionally with children. You have to have the ability to stimulate minds, engage students in meaningful learning experiences, and build confidence while managing the classroom effectively. These qualities yield lifelong learners that become great leaders.
A teacher can be knowledgeable and prepared, but struggle to deal with misbehavior in the classroom. Teresa can equip you with strategies to organize and arrange students, learning materials, space, and use of classroom time to maximize teaching and learning. She will help you define rules, establish routine, and teacher procedures and expectations.
She’s enjoyed her 20+ year journey in education as a substitute teacher, classroom teacher, Assistant Principal, Adult Education Instructor, and Corporate Education Supervisor. Her plan is to continue to grow personally and professionally while serving as a valuable resource for all community stakeholders including students, parents, school leaders, and business leaders. Teresa is very passionate about education and truly understands that it is a powerful, sustainable tool that contributes to social stability and drives long-term economic growth.
